In order to get into this, I should explain why we are not ‘teamfrycreative.com’ but ‘debbiemcwilliams.com’… many, many moons ago, debbiemcwilliams.com was not available for registration… that is my name, that is what I wanted. So, I waited, patiently, for the URL to become available. Much to my surprise, in checking one morning, lo and behold, there it was! That was probably some 20,000 years ago… okay, maybe not THAT long ago, but it was a long time ago. I offered to give it up, but Ty was insistent that I/we keep it, because I had waited so long for it.
So, we decided to do is create an umbrella to have all of our brands under this URL. We ARE Team Fry Creative, but with a few other categories.
Fry Penworks … Let’s make some writing pens! Well, let Ty make you a writing pen, since he has invested in everything needed for pen turning! Each of his creations are a unique, one-of-a-kind, piece of art, using wood or acrylic. His passion is the many species of wood blanks available, with each one having beautiful wood grains flowing through them. Until you get down the the bare essence of each, you never know what ‘look’ it may take on, so it’s always a pleasant surprise, much like unwrapping a gift!
Ty also has the ability of personalizing each pen he makes… with your name or company logo. This makes an already unique piece, even more so, and can become a special gift, should you need one!
Fry Laser Custom Graphics… having a built-in graphic artist (Debbie), almost anything you can think of, material wise, can be engraved or lasered to personalize. Leather, cork, slate, wood, stainless, and other types of metals, even glass, can be made into a useful or beautiful piece of artwork. If you have an idea, we can make it happen!
Team Fry Sublimation... right now, coffee/tea mugs are being offered. In the near future, coasters, caps, t-shirts and other “things” will become available. Much like anything, these items can be custom made, or you can choose a ‘gift set’ from what will become available in the near future. Sizes of mugs vary, but right now, we have a 10 oz. set of 4 (stackable) coffee mugs available; 12 oz. coffee mugs and 15 oz. coffee mugs. Everybody needs coffee mugs! They can be personalized or customized with your favorite picture, quote or saying, company logo, club insignia, and so much more! Full color options available, as well as black and white. Colors are vibrant and beautiful!
Debbie McWilliams Publishing… I am a graphic artist by trade and have been in this field for nearly 40 years. Having been raised around cattle most of my life, my “gifts” are used mainly for the livestock industry, but I have been known to step outside that box. For nearly 20 years, I produced a monthly, community newspaper for a friend from Oregon, until he retired… the variety in that area was always fun and adventurous! That said, while I am not a “Simon and Schuster” type publisher, I know a thing or two about putting books together, having just finished writing my first book. Do you have a story to tell? Debbie McWilliams Photography and art… Inspire. Motivate. Enjoy. Photography has been a passion of mine since I was knee high to a grasshopper. I have grown my way through a good number of the camera variations in existence, knowing full well there a bunch I have yet to work with (but, I use the ones I like!). My brand of photography art is that I take creative license to manipulate many of the photos I have taken… some of them, I will either leave them as just an image or I might add a positive affirmation to them and make them into frameable art pieces.
Team Fry Pict-O-Graphics… this is another team effort for myself and Ty. I may not have travelled the globe as much as Ty has (21 years in the Navy will allow that)… but, I have been around the block a few times. I like to think that while we are not your average ‘professional’ photographer, we all have different eyes and see things from different perspectives. We capture things that I like to refer to as, “life’s little treasures” … raindrops on flower petals, fall leaves falling down like snow, or even snowflakes falling… whatever taps our interest, floral, scenic, architecture… anything and everything. We then offer our prints in various sizes.
Team Fry Buttons, Magnets and more!… this is a category that is continually changing and evolving. Need a cool way to make name tags for a function or event? Want magnets with your company logo on it to give in a ‘swag’ bag? Buttons that pin on a garment, or magnets. We also buttons on paper clips to use as bookmarks or any other type of marker needed. Other products include rosette ribbons, keychains, and more! All customizable!
